Simon Lane is an experienced business leader, HR executive, adviser and executive coach who works alongside CEOs, executives and business owners to solve real business and people problems.
His experience spans CEO and senior HR leadership, organisational restructuring, performance improvement, employee relations, culture and change, executive coaching and strategic HR. He has led businesses and advised organisations through growth, transformation, acquisitions, divestments and periods of significant change.
